Warranty & Return Policy

Items Not Eligible for Warranty or Returns
The following products are not covered by any warranty or return policy:

Digital goods or downloadable software

Peripherals (e.g., keyboards, mice, monitors)

Add-ons or optional upgrades

Products sold “as-is” or marked as broken/for parts

Surplus or overstock inventory
PC Build Warranty Coverage
Standard Protection

72-Hour Exchange for Non-Functional Systems
If your PC arrives inoperable, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. -
12-Month Limited Hardware Warranty
All eligible systems include a 1-year warranty covering hardware malfunctions and original software or operating system installation issues.
Extended Warranty Option
Customers may purchase extended warranty coverage at the time of checkout. Extended protection must be selected during the original order and offers additional support beyond the standard 12-month term.
What the Warranty Covers
If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period:

We handle all hardware replacements through the manufacturer’s RMA process

Shipping to and from our facility is fully covered

Diagnostic labor and hardware installation are included at no cost

The repaired system will be returned to you promptly and free of charge
What Voids the Warranty
Your warranty will be immediately void if:

Any hardware is swapped, upgraded, removed, or modified

You overclock, undervolt, or alter BIOS settings
-
You install or configure software outside the original system setup

Unauthorized service is performed on the system
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

User-caused errors, damage, or misuse

Software issues unrelated to the original configuration

Malfunctions due to connected peripherals or external accessories

Data loss or recovery assistance

Damage from environmental events such as power surges, fire, or water
Warranty Conditions

Coverage is valid only in the United States

Applies under normal use conditions

Damage due to improper packaging, transport, or third-party repairs is not covered
Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the product arrives non-functional
-
Refunds will not be given for unmet performance expectations
-
Refunds for accidental or incorrect orders will be issued minus any transaction fees
