Turbo Tech Systems – Return Policy

Effective Date: June 9, 2025


1. Overview

At Turbo Tech Systems, each custom PC is built and tested with precision and care. Because our products are assembled to order, our return policy is limited to specific cases to ensure transparency, fairness, and quality control.


2. Eligible Returns

Returns are only accepted if the following condition is met:

  • Non-Functional on Arrival (DOA)
    If your PC arrives non-operational, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will verify the defect and arrange a return for either replacement or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide your order number, a description of the problem, and any supporting images or video evidence.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following product types are non-returnable:

  • Digital or downloadable software

  • Peripherals (keyboards, mice, displays, etc.)

  • Add-ons and hardware upgrades

  • Products marked “as-is,” “for parts,” or “non-functional”

  • Overstock or clearance inventory

  • Any system that has been tampered with, opened, or modified by the customer

  • Fully functional PCs returned due to dissatisfaction with performance, appearance, or compatibility


4. Accidental or Incorrect Orders

If you place an incorrect or accidental order:

  • You may cancel before the product ships for a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, you can still request a return within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and unused.

  • A refund will be processed minus any non-refundable transaction fees associated with the original payment.


5. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Contact support@turbotechsystems.com within the return window. Include your order details and clear documentation of the issue.

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
If your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable). All returns must be sent in original packaging.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (or replacement) within 5–7 business days, provided the return meets eligibility criteria.


6. Important Conditions

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving authorization

  • Items must be in original condition with all components included

  • Any evidence of user-caused damage, alterations, or improper handling may result in denial of the return or a restocking fee


7. Refund Terms

Refunds will reflect the final purchase amount minus:

  • Non-refundable payment processing fees

  • Shipping costs (if applicable, unless return is due to confirmed defect)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Personal performance expectations not aligning with advertised specs

  • Buyer’s remorse for customized or pre-built systems
